  • the key elements of the proposed Deed of Settlement between Ngāti Tama ki Te Tau Ihu and the Crown in respect of the settlement of the historical Treaty of Waitangi claims of Ngāti Tama ki Te Tau Ihu;
  • the proposed post-settlement governance entity to receive and manage the Treaty settlement assets of Ngāti Tama ki Te Tau Ihu.
